| High School diploma or GED. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Must have initial TB and annual physical on file. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stoop, bend, and lift on a daily basis. Food Handler’s permit. Knowledge of CACFP regulations and Commodity usage and documentation. Experience in cooking, planning, and purchasing for large groups. Subject to OSBI and drug testing clearance. Must be able to work well with others. Head Start parent preference. Osage and Indian Preference is considered. Verification of Indian Heritage must be included with application. All applicants tentatively selected for this position will be required to submit to urinalysis to screen for illegal drug use. Employment will be contingent upon drug test results. | Plans a cycle menu for supplement and lunch. Prepare nutritional meals for Head Start children, staff, and parents in accordance with USDA regulations and Head Start Performance Standards. Maintain all necessary documentation and records. Clean and care for utensils and equipment. Oversees daily kitchen operation. |
