At least three years working in health, social services, or law enforcement research. Prefer person with Bachelor Degree in Behavioral Health or related field. Familiarity with alcohol and drug abuse issues. Excellent writing and speaking abilities. Knowledgeable of MIS systems and applications used in the analysis of data. Ability to use and develop power point presentations. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across disciplines. Must be a good role model to youth and adults and work with both. The position must have the ability to work with rural communities in building capacity. Background checks shall be completed by the Human Resources Department before hire. Osage and Indian Preference is considered. Verification of Indian Heritage must be included with application. All applicants tentatively selected for this position will be required to submit to urinalysis to screen for illegal drug use. Employment will be contingent upon drug test results. This person will develop, collect, analyze, compile and report relevant data related to the COPS-Meth Grant development and evaluation approach. The Data Research Specialist will conduct research, evaluation, and data collection systems regarding the methods used in the target community, and to develop written and oral reports. This person will work directly with external evaluator’s in processing data and related information for reporting to appropriate agencies.
