| A Master of Public Health Administration degree. At least five (5) years of management experience and/or an advanced degree in a related field of management, public health law, planning, organization, and finance. Demonstrate exemplary leadership and organization skills. Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with peers, and work effectively with elected officials. Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and evaluate the activities of multiple work units engaged in a broad range of public health functions. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively. If two or more applicants are equally qualified, preference will be given to an Osage and secondly, a member of one of the other federally recognized tribes. |
