WELCOME to the OSAGE NATION CDIB DEPARTMENT. We are here to provide courteous and efficient services to persons seeking a Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood card (CDIB card) or in doing an ancestry search through our records to prove their Osage lineage.
The Osage CDIB Department is funded through a BIA 93-638 Self Determination Contract for the purpose of processing applications and keeping records of those Osages eligible for a CDIB card.
To establish eligibility for a CDIB card, a person must establish, through required documentation, that they are a lineal descendent of a person on the 1906 Osage Allotment Roll.
