Due to the widespread tornado damage in Oklahoma and Kansas, any Osage tribal  member  affected by the storms may apply for assistance through a number of programs within the Osage Tribe.

Osage Nation TANF: Osage Nation offers crisis assistance up to $1,500 per individual for devastation or catastrophic emergencies.  Applications available online or through the office listed below.

American Red Cross / Ponca City Chapter: Assistance with emergency sheltering, housing, food, lost medications, eye glasses etc. 580-765-660 

Governor Brad Henry has declared a State of Emergency for the 56 Oklahoma counties affected by the tornados and severe weather. This could lead to a Federal Disaster Declaration which would allow for individual assistance through FEMA.
